Clare was born and raised in Great Torrington, where she began her career in estate agency in the early 1990s. After starting a family, she continued working with another local agent. Now, returning to her roots with Bond Oxborough Phillips feels like a full-circle moment.

She takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service, and with her strong local knowledge, she supports both clients and colleagues in Barnstaple with confidence and care.

Outside of work, Clare is most likely to be found in the garden, where she is happiest. She keeps bees, so much of the summer is spent tending to her hives in the beautiful Exmoor countryside.
