A fully comprehensive no nonsense package which is suitable for Landlords who want complete peace of mind. This package is suitable for Landlords unable to deal with day to day tasks, tenants requirements or any ongoing property matters directly.
The fee is taken from each monthly rent (starting from the first month's rent) with a full account sent directly to the Landlord.
Monthly rent £500.00 at 15% incl VAT = £75.00 incl VAT
The first month's rent will have a Tenant Introduction Fee, including carrying out of a professional inventory, of £360.00 incl VAT deducted from the total.
We will manage the whole let for you from collecting rent, to repairs and maintenance plus much more.
The fee is taken from each monthly rent (starting from the first month's rent) with a full account sent directly to the Landlord and remittance each month.
Monthly rent £500.00 at 12% incl VAT = £60.00 incl VAT

This package is for Landlords who wish to manage and maintain the property themselves but benefit from the initial marketing, tenant referencing and general set up procedures and compliance.
